As we scale our business team, we seek a Relationship Manager who thrives on trust-building, client education, and strategic upselling. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with 250+ existing clients Conduct periodic client reporting and performance reviews Handle objections and concerns during volatile market conditions Upsell and cross-sell relevant investment strategies and services Lead onboarding of new clients with a consultative approach Deliver impactful presentations in meetings and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Maintain CRM hygiene and client communication logs Ideal Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in a Portfolio Management or Wealth Advisory firm Strong interpersonal, client management and consultative selling skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients Proficient in PPT presentations and client-facing communication Self-driven, empathetic, and customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a structured, non-target-pressure environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): The role base salary Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000, if you are happy with the salary please apply for the role Experience: Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred) Account management: 1 year (Preferred) Financial services: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Kannada (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Location: Bangalore City, Karnataka (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
