Client Relationship Manager

As a Female Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at our Share & Brokerage Firm in Ambala & Chandigarh, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client portfolios, providing updates on market trends, and cross-selling relevant financial products like equity and mutual funds. You will be responsible for handling client queries and grievances professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Additionally, you will need to ensure all client onboarding and transactional documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Manage client portfolios and provide updates on market trends - Cross-sell relevant financial products - Handle client queries and grievances professionally - Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for client onboarding and transactions Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Com / Any Graduate - Gender: Female preferred - Freshers or Experienced candidates welcome - Preferred Background: Prior experience in Banking Sales or as a Relationship Manager (RM) is desirable - Language: Fluent English only (Excellent verbal communication is mandatory) - Location: Ambala Cantt & Chandigarh - Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance) Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and target-driven individual with a strong understanding of financial markets and a passion for client service.
