About the Role

We’re looking for Client Relationship professionals who have hands-on experience in digital marketing agencies

SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Creative) to ensure timely delivery
• Review and quality-check deliverables before sharing with clients
• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing analytical reports
• Conduct review calls, share performance updates, and guide clients on next steps
• Maintain client documents, briefs, reports, and communication logs
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones are met
• Resolve concerns proactively and maintain strong client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

• Prior experience

  working in a digital marketing agency

• Experience managing 5–10 active clients simultaneously

• Clear understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads

• Ability to interpret basic performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Reach, Impressions)

• Strong communication, clarity, and confidence in client interactions

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional digital marketing teams

• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability

Bonus Advantages

• Familiarity with tools like

  GA4, Meta Business Manager, CRM platforms, project management tools

• Experience managing enterprise or high-value clients

• Ability to prepare performance decks or summary reports
