Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business relationships further. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and business objectives. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues, coordinating internally to deliver seamless service. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of additional products or services. Regularly conduct review meetings and performance presentations with clients. Prepare reports and dashboards to track client satisfaction and service metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure client expectations are met. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
