Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager at Chadha & Co., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients. You will report directly to the Managing Partner of the firm and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm or services industry to effectively manage client relationships - Graduates or post-graduates from reputable universities with backgrounds in business, communications, journalism, or public relations are preferred; an LL.B. degree would be advantageous - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities - Prepare presentations, corporate communications, newsletters, and organize seminars, conferences, and networking events - Maintain client databases, manage social media, and engage in networking activities - Exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines - Interact with senior management, collaborate across different time zones and cultures - Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is desirable, proficiency in foreign languages is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and AI assistants is beneficial - Possess strong interpersonal skills and a zero-tolerance policy towards workplace politics In the vibrant city of New Delhi, you will work full-time in the office of Chadha & Co., a renowned corporate and commercial law firm.
