Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relations Manager, your role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. You will address customer concerns and complaints, create sales plans to generate revenue, and possess knowledge of the Software Domain along with Jain Software Products and Services. Your strong convincing skills, project management knowledge, understanding of project development architecture and SRS, recruitment concepts, and ability to sign off projects are essential for success in this position. In this position, your primary responsibility is to build relationships with key clients, create plans to address clients" business needs, and advise clients on profitable processes. You will schedule regular meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, act as a point of contact for complaints, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Additionally, you will help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services, ensure adherence to contract terms, study competition for customer retention strategies, and set sales targets to achieve revenue goals. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager, with a successful track record of meeting targets. A background in customer service, industry knowledge, and experience in tracking KPIs are advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A customer-oriented attitude, ability to work in a team, and a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field such as MBA/BSc/BA are necessary qualifications.
