Client Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients through networking and lead generation in the Financial Services/Personal Finance industry. Conducting a thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products will be a key aspect of your role. You will present insurance policies to clients, explaining features, benefits, and costs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is essential. Handling client queries and providing post-sales support will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in insurance sales or a similar field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important. Possessing relevant certifications such as IRDAI certification is required. Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management is preferable. Your experience should ideally range from 5 to 8 years, and the salary offered is between 6 to 10 Lac per annum. The preferred educational qualifications for this position are an M.B.A/PGDM or M.Com degree.
