Job Description - Customer Relationship Manager.
1. Collection. Collect the document and process first payment once sales is done by Sales team, ensuring accurate documentation.
2. Coordinate with sales and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Obtain necessary approvals for work orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Manage and track payment schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships internal stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
7. Should have good knowledge of cross selling and upselling.

1. Strong communication, interpersonal skills
2. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
