Job Description

Client communication through phone, whatsapp and emails.
Reach out to new leads and schedule call
Send MoM after the meeting
Listen to the call recording and document the conversation.
Follow up with clients.
Schedule site visit with technical team.
Be top on each customer's and ensure smooth communication between technical team and business team and client.
Maintain good relationship with clients.
Prepare Proposals , PPTs and NDAs
Timely and fast communication and documentation is the key responsibility for this position.

Required Skills:

2+ yrs of experience in customer support, pre-sales or business development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Docs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
