Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with existing and prospective clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings 2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers. Understand client needs and relay insights to internal teams for solution development. 3. Prepare and deliver brief presentations or product/service overviews to clients Coordinate demo sessions or site visits when applicable. 4. Track follow-ups on sent proposals and client feedback Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and updates in CRM or internal tools. 5. Visit client sites across Mumbai and Pune for meetings and relationship-building.
