Role Overview: You will be part of a leading provider of Safety Signage Systems, serving customers across India and overseas. With expertise in the manufacturing sector, the company has successfully delivered safety signage to various locations nationwide. Your role involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with existing and potential clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings. - Build and nurture professional relationships with decision-makers. Understand client requirements and communicate insights to internal teams for developing solutions. - Prepare and deliver concise presentations or product/service overviews to clients. Coordinate demo sessions or site visits as needed. - Monitor follow-ups on sent proposals and client feedback. Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and updates in CRM or internal tools. - Attend client meetings and engage in relationship-building activities at various sites across Mumbai and Pune.
