Job Summary We are looking for motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Associates (Part-Time) to join our team. The role involves client development, sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions on behalf of TIIS clients. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement, with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking platforms Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain organized and accurate recruitment databases and records Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool Represent TIIS at job fairs and recruitment events when required Stay informed about industry hiring trends, tools, and best practices Leverage computer skills and digital platforms effectively in daily tasks
