Job Description:

As a Client Success Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic plans that align with company objectives. This role requires close collaboration with our service teams to deliver white-label SEO and PPC solutions that empower digital agencies to scale efficiently without additional overhead.

You will also act as a bridge between potential clients and our services, with a focus on assessing client needs, presenting SEO and PPC strategies, and supporting the pre-sales process. Your main client base will include Digital Marketing Agencies, SEO Agencies, and PPC Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, especially digital agencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and explore new markets.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and lead qualification using online research (websites, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Evaluate agencies based on size, services, experience, pricing, focus industry, and technical expertise.
  • Present and promote the company’s digital marketing services with a focus on SEO and PPC.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Solution Presentation

  • Deliver professional presentations, demos, and pitches tailored to each client.
  • Handle client objections and provide clear, value-driven answers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned leads and accounts.
  • Build trust through consistent, value-based communication.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to service delivery teams.

Market Research & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in SEO and PPC.
  • Follow official sources like Google SEO/PPC channels and industry blogs.
  • Use research to inform sales strategy and improve client targeting.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client success, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
