Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Technology Leadership

  : Oversee the organization's entire tech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

  : Work closely with product teams and senior leadership to understand, define, and implement technical requirements.

• Vendor Management

  : Define requirements for tech vendors, evaluate solutions, and ensure quality execution.

• Development Oversight

  : Support software development activities across React JS, Node JS, Java, Flutter, AWS resources, and other key technologies.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management

  : Optimize and manage AWS resources for scalability, security, and performance.

• System Architecture & Strategy

  : Design and implement scalable and efficient tech solutions to support business growth.

• Compliance & Security

  : Ensure adherence to best practices in data security, compliance, and system reliability.

• Process Optimization

  : Continuously refine tech operations and workflows to improve efficiency and innovation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, tech vendors, and product development initiatives.
• Strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, Java, Flutter, AWS, and scalable system architecture.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or eldercare technology solutions to align with business objectives of the client
• Exposure to AI, automation, and IoT technologies for operational enhancements.
