Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relations Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling client presentations, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into loyal clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of client needs in the interior design industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling presentations of design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Take timely and professional follow-ups via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the design team.
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed projects through strategic communication and trust-building.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain records of interactions and updates in CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
