Job Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager for the School Cinema program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the program in schools across India. Your primary focus will be to support schools in maximizing the benefits of the program, enhance communication strategies, and measure overall satisfaction to continuously improve our offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

School Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools implementing the School Cinema program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, addressing queries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.

Program Implementation Support:

  • Collaborate with schools to ensure effective implementation of the School Cinema program.
  • Conduct training sessions for educators and staff to optimize the use of films and accompanying resources.

Communication Strategies:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep schools informed about program updates, events, and new resources.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for schools.

Feedback Collection and Analysis:

  • Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from schools and stakeholders.
  • Analyze feedback to measure the satisfaction level of schools and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the content development team to relay insights from schools for the enhancement of the School Cinema program.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to the evolution of the offering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the education landscape in India is a plus.
