Job Title: Client Relationship Executive   Location: Vyttila Department: Sales   Job Summary: We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive with excellent communication skills to manage dealer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be multilingual, confident in customer interaction, and skilled in building strong long-term relationships. This is an office-based role focused on appointment coordination, relationship management, and ensuring dealer satisfaction.       Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to dealers to schedule appointments and follow-ups Maintain professional and friendly communication with all clients Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers Ensure all appointments are logged and updated in the CRM system or database Provide product or service information when required during calls Handle client inquiries or minor concerns with a customer-first approach Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth coordination Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and ensure satisfaction
