Job Title: Client Support Executive (Immediate Joiner Only)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office | Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 3.5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Only (No Notice Period Candidates)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Support Executive who can handle end-to-end customer support operations, with strong exposure to NDR, RTO, Abandoned Calls, and Feedback Handling. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) and coordinate with logistics for resolution
  • Manage Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases and ensure successful closures
  • Follow up on Abandoned Calls and ensure service recovery
  • Conduct Customer Feedback Calls and document insights
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Operations & Internal Teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3.5 years experience in customer support (E-commerce preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with NDR, RTO, Abandoned Calls & Feedback calls
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & support systems
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Team-first mindset (attitude matters)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in handling customer service metrics
  • Understanding of customer feedback and process improvement
  • Ready to join immediately and work from office in Andheri West

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
