Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Skincare & Cosmetics)

Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred: Mumbai-based candidates only

About Us:

WildGlow Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing beauty, skincare, and cosmetics brand. We create high-performance products and content for digital platforms, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual assets for skincare & cosmetic products
• Design packaging, labels, brochures, posters, banners, and retail creatives
• Develop digital creatives for Meta Ads, Amazon, Flipkart & e-commerce listings
• Conceptualize product photoshoots, branding campaigns, and visual storytelling
• Create engaging graphics for Instagram, YouTube, website, and influencer campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing, influencer, and content team to maintain brand consistency
• Lead and guide junior designers/interns if required
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of graphic design experience (beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI tools, Coraldraw
• Strong sense of aesthetic, color theory, typography, and brand identity
• Knowledge of packaging design and printing processes
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box
• Portfolio of previous work is mandatory

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce creatives (Nykaa & Website.)
• Understanding of beauty and skincare visual trends
