Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve planning and illustrating concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetics. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through project completion. - Obtain approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review. - Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. - Obtain final copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment, and making purchases from vendors when required. - Ensure the operation of design equipment and software by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers" instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment. - Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc., to complete projects. - Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
