Job Description

Key Goals:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company, often measured in terms of revenue, number of deals closed, or new business acquired.
  • Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential business clients through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to facilitate long-term business partnerships and repeat sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads, conduct outreach to prospects, and create opportunities for initial contact and engagement.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits relevant to their needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, including pricing and contract terms, that address the specific requirements of each client.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, handle objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of client communications and progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s products or services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, support, and delivery of client solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience and ongoing relationship.
  • Training and Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-study to stay competitive and effective in the role.
