Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will need to identify and address client needs and concerns, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, prepare and deliver presentations to clients, monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback, assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer experience, and manage client accounts to ensure timely follow-ups.
