Client Relationship Executive

As an Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations. Your responsibilities will include meeting with students to understand their goals, offering advice on suitable overseas education options and schools, and assisting them in preparing and submitting applications to international universities. You will need to stay updated on overseas universities, programs, visa requirements, and scholarships to provide accurate guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting students with paperwork such as visa applications and financial aid forms, conducting workshops and webinars on studying abroad, and collaborating with schools, scholarship organizations, and other partners to stay informed about new opportunities. Client follow-up is essential to track student progress, address any issues, and provide ongoing support. Your dedication to providing excellent customer service will ensure a positive experience for students and their families throughout the consultation process. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. A recent graduate is preferred. You should have at least 1 year of experience in student counseling or education consulting, with knowledge of the study-abroad process. Familiarity with international education systems, visa processes, and scholarships is necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are vital for success in this role. You should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and be comfortable using counseling and application software, as well as Microsoft Office.
