Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales, etc.) to fulfil client requirements.
• Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations, trackers and documentation for client meetings.
• Support in planning and executing client projects and campaigns.
• Gather client feedback and assist in implementing improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Responsible for building new client connections through networking, referrals, events, and research.
• Research and think creatively to provide innovative chocolate gifting solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support in client events, product sampling, and exhibitions to represent the brand.
• Responsible for handling company's Events and Wedding portfolio across India, ensuring premium brand visibility and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduated
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Personality Traits: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Experience: Prior internship or project experience in client servicing, marketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
