Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
Coordinating with the sales team.
Co-ordinate with dealers and distributors about the booking of order/delivery/payment.
Create plans to address clients business needs.
Generating Sales reports Preparing quotation for sales inquiry/ preparing delivery notes.
Building long-term relationships with key clients.
Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
Doing regular follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied.

Key Skills

Good Communication Skills.
