Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support business growth. This role focuses on client communication, understanding client needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
Maintain records of client interactions, communications, and follow-ups.
Support retention initiatives and contribute to repeat business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in client handling, relationship management, or customer service roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction.
Ability to understand client requirements, anticipate needs, and provide timely solutions is required.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously is important.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused mindset is necessary for building trust and long-term relationships.
Basic knowledge of CRM and client management systems is required.
