Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon Job Type: Full time, permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints, and helping drive customer retention and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in person. Provide accurate and timely information about products/services. Identify customer needs and work with relevant departments to ensure solutions are provided. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems. Monitor customer accounts and support sales team in upselling or cross-selling activities. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend service improvements. Assist in developing and implementing customer relationship strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management (1–3 years preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Empathetic, patient, and resilient under pressure.
