Job Description

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, managing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism. Draft and edit clear, compelling content for emails, proposals, and reports that effectively communicate with and persuade various stakeholders. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for presentations and marketing materials aimed at client engagement and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and appealing content that supports both client understanding and business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and aligning our services to their business goals. Proactively assess client satisfaction and identify creative ways to improve service delivery and client engagement. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues and challenges by liaising between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met with timely and effective solutions. Document and manage client feedback to foster improvements in service delivery. Project Coordination: Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance client outcomes. Client Feedback and Reporting: Solicit, analyze, and utilize client feedback to enhance future content creation and service offerings. Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, project progress, and overall satisfaction, incorporating strategic recommendations for future enhancements. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in developing content for sales pitches and marketing campaigns that attract new clients. Support the sales team in engaging potential clients by providing comprehensive, well-written informational packets and responses to inquiries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
