As a Project Lead at Talent Worx, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve ensuring that all project goals and deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project resources, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. - Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement proactive solutions. - Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure accountability. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Foster a positive team environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project objectives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with proven leadership skills. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
