As a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or a professional with equivalent qualifications, you have the opportunity to join a forward-thinking finance team of a reputable organization in the Real Estate industry. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to contribute to the success of the finance team. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in handling financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance tasks. - Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. - Engage in end-to-end RTR processes, month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliation, IFRS, US GAAP, lease accounting, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) as per the demands of the role. - Contribute to financial reporting, group consolidation, statutory reporting, audit processes, utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. - Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy in financial accounting, statutory reporting, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards. Qualifications Required: - Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent. - Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Onestream. - Certification in CA, CPA, CMA, CWA, ACCA, or equivalent will be beneficial.
