As a Client Partner at BridgeU, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-quality B2B high school clients. Your role will involve managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from junior counselors to senior school leaders, with the utmost professionalism and finesse. Your focus will be on ensuring client success, satisfaction, and delight through personalized solutions, resolving technical challenges, encouraging deeper adoption of BridgeU's platform, and strategizing for client growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with high school stakeholders to drive client success - Conduct regular business reviews and provide personalized solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Resolve technical challenges and provide client support when needed - Maximize value and expand relationships by encouraging deeper adoption of BridgeU's platform - Maintain operational efficiency by updating client records - Lead, strategize, and develop growth strategies for clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience in the SaaS, EdTech, or technology solutions industry for B2B clients - 5+ years of success in customer success, client experience, account management, or strategic consulting - Skills in a consultative approach, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and efficient communication - Qualities like professional presence, emotional intelligence, discretion, and ambition If you possess an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in marketing or business, familiarity with high school counseling workflows and challenges, or experience engaging directly with C-level education stakeholders, you would be considered an ideal candidate for this role.,
