As a Client Partner at a Top-Tier IT Services and Consulting organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and nurturing key relationships with India's top conglomerates. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Indian conglomerates, managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders across diverse business verticals. - Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure long-term partnership success. - Collaborating with various teams such as product, marketing, operations, and delivery to guarantee seamless service delivery and alignment of solutions. - Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within group companies and subsidiaries. - Providing business reviews, strategic insights, and ROI analysis to clients at the executive level. - Keeping abreast of market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to make informed strategic decisions and value propositions.
