Client Partner - Conglomerates

About the Role A Top-Tier IT Services and Consulting organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to lead and grow key relationships with India’s top conglomerates. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building deep partnerships across multiple business units, driving strategic growth, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our clients’ complex needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Indian conglomerates, managing senior-level stakeholder relationships across diversified business verticals. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution alignment. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across group companies and subsidiaries. Deliver business reviews, strategic insights, and ROI analysis to clients at the executive level. Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and value propositions. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or client-facing leadership roles, preferably with exposure to large Indian business groups. Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and client success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of the Indian business landscape and its regulatory, cultural, and operational nuances.
