As a Client On-boarding Operations Analyst within our Client Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant account opening and KYC maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and validating client KYC documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Collecting and maintaining all required documentation according to regulatory standards. - Monitoring existing client KYC records for ongoing compliance. - Performing enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients by assessing their risk profiles. - Collaborating with Relationship Managers, Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to address KYC-related inquiries. - Maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on KYC activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Staying updated on regulatory changes and assisting in implementing updates to KYC processes. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - University graduate with 10+ years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in KYC or client onboarding. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong judgment, decision-making, and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.
