Job Description

Join our dynamic Client Operations team and be at the forefront of innovation in the banking industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, address inquiries, and optimize service operations, all while contributing to our culture of excellence and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Review and validate client KYC documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure all required documentation is collected and maintained according to regulatory standards.

Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing client KYC records to ensure compliance.

Assess client risk profiles and perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to address KYC-related inquiries.

Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on KYC activities, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

Stay informed about regulatory changes and assist in implementing updates to KYC processes.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

University graduate with 10+ years of experience in the ficial industry, with a background in KYC or client onboarding.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong judgment, decision-making, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change.

Ability to manage stakeholders across different functional groups and regions.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting professional development.
