Job Description

Role summary

Drive client operations and business development for US and GCC accounts, combining voice-based outreach/support with relationship growth and structured follow-through.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead client operations from kickoff to closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Build pipeline through prospecting, follow-ups, and upsell/cross-sell during calls.
  • Handle inbound/outbound voice interactions for US and GCC markets with service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, tasks, and follow-ups; share updates with internal teams.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and process improvements to optimize outcomes.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue objectives.
Candidate profile
  • 1+ year office-based experience (IT, BPO, or related). Strong English; Arabic/GCC language is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with international voice processes (US/GCC), multitasking, and problem solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM and productivity tools; strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred
  • Certifications such as PMP/CRM or similar.
  • Success in IT or tech-enabled business development roles; ability to work across time zones
