Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will need to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will communicate with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries and concerns, investigating problems, and finding suitable solutions.
