Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact, communicating with clients via various channels (phone, email, in-person), and relaying information between the client and internal teams. Issue Resolution: Addressing client inquiries and concerns, investigating problems, and finding suitable solutions. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise between the client and the company, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing reports on client interactions, issues, and resolutions, and maintaining accurate records. Project Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requests are met, project timelines are adhered to, and client expectations are managed. Client Feedback: Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Representation: Representing the company in a professional manner at conferences, events, or with external stakeholders.
