Production Management: Overseeing the production process of plastic moulding, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Process Optimization: Monitoring production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including those related to material, machine, process, or tooling. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards. Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards related to plastic processing. Reporting: Preparing and presenting production reports to management, including performance metrics and any identified issues. Process Development: Developing and implementing production plans and schedules, including optimizing material and process parameters. Material Selection: Evaluating and selecting appropriate plastic resins and additives for different applications, considering cost and performance. Tooling: Developing and maintaining molds and tooling for plastic production, ensuring they meet product specifications and processing requirements. Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement new products and processes.
