Client Liaison Officer – Australian Migration Services


ACET is a global recruitment and migration specialist headquartered in Australia with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Darwin dedicated to helping individuals, families and businesses navigate the complex Australian visa and immigration system. We pride ourselves in providing ethical, transparent and client-focused services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Client Liaison Officer to support our clients throughout their migration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and MARA agents to support smooth communication and application progression.

• Follow up with clients who received Letter of advice and not responded to the respective MARA agent in a timely manner.

• Managing all forms of client communication via phone, email and business WhatsApp.

• Share service agreements with clients after a consultation has been conducted and preliminary eligibility has been assessed by a MARA.

• Follow up with clients who received service agreement and not responded to the respective MARA in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with other departments as required.

• Support Australia BD team to manage prospects received through campaigns and do the initial contact to assess their interest and eligibility for migration/education

• Provide clients with updates on their application status and expected timelines.

• Maintaining a client service database to track communication and progress.

• Ensuring the quality of outgoing client communication and information provided.

• Stay updated on visa subclasses, policy changes and DHA regulations.

• Ensure all client communications comply with the MARA Code of Conduct.

• Maintain a good working relationship with all MARA’s and provide them timely information regarding clients who are pending to sign up.

• Prepare monthly client conversion reports for Directors with respect to each MARA/each office conversions.

• Review the CRM data regularly and confirm data is clean and remind MARA agents who haven’t responded to chats/not updated information in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years’ experience in client services, administration, or a similar role (migration or legal industry preferred).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to manage confidential client information with discretion.

• Familiarity with Australian visa types is desirable.

• A high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
