Job Description

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for managing projects as and when assigned. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scheduling visits to the client office location - Pre-recruitment activities - Recruitment process management - Induction of new employees - Managing the employee database - Handling exit formalities - Overseeing confirmation formalities - Ensuring statutory compliance and benefits administration - Implementing training and development programs - Conducting reviews and providing feedback - Managing employee relations - Drafting HR policies The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4 years of experience in HR, with a total work experience of 4 years preferred - Professional in Human Resources certification preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, this is a full-time job with day shift schedule.
