What You’ll Own

• Lead client relationships from first outreach to renewal
• Identify, pitch, and close new business
• Understand client hiring needs and position GoodSpace as a trusted hiring partner
• Work closely with your TA counterpart to deliver fast, high-quality hires
• Maintain a strong pipeline and a clean, data-driven CRM
• Use insights to

  retain, upsell, and expand

  accounts
• Represent GoodSpace.ai as a polished, modern face of intelligent hiring

What You Bring

• 1–3 years

  of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment BD
• Strong closing skills with clear, structured communication
• Confidence presenting to founders, HR leaders, and CXOs
• A metrics-first mindset — conversions, pipeline health, revenue
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services
• Exposure to account-based or recurring revenue models
• Understanding of hiring cycles and talent pipelines
