What would you do? The CFM Associate role primarily will be to support and assist a medium/large contract finance team in adhering to various contract deliverables. The role will need to support reporting and financial analysis that is performed by senior members within the contract team.Client Financial Management involves overseeing and managing the financial aspects of client accounts. This includes Revenue assurance , budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting. The goal is to ensure accurate financial tracking and support client profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising clients on financial matters. This role is essential for maintaining strong financial health and client satisfaction.Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
What are we looking for?
Assist engagement financial reporting processes, expense analysis and associated reconciliations.Supporting contract finance operations management – Sales set up, Invoicing, journals, time & expense /work effort management using SAP, Business Reporting and other CFM tools.Assist in collecting data for financial scenario building, for revenue, payroll and non-payroll costs.Interaction with client teams, understanding their requirements and assist preparing reports accordinglyOther adhoc activities relating to contract financials that come with supporting a contract CFM team.-Knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Good organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.- Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel)
