The ideal candidate will nurture client relationships, understand their needs, ensure successful service delivery, and identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, account growth & retention, coordination & delivery oversight, and reporting & communication. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. - Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively. Account Growth & Retention: - Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends. - Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. - Drive renewals and long-term account retention strategies. Coordination & Delivery Oversight: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Monitor deliverable quality and alignment with client expectations. - Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly. Reporting & Communication: - Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients. - Conduct review meetings and feedback sessions. - Maintain documentation of account activities, meetings, and communications. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 2-6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
