We are looking for a proactive customer engagement specialist to engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls and emails. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the business development team to generate leads and ensure excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities : Play a crucial role in our dynamic voice process system by connecting with customers through engaging conversations and impactful interactions. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to engage, inform, and understand their needs. Generate leads by identifying and qualifying prospects. Conduct follow-up calls and send emails to nurture customer relationships and ensure timely communication. Clearly communicate the product details while addressing customer inquiries. Generate and qualify leads, identifying potential opportunities for business growth. Maintain accurate records of call interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines while personalizing interactions for an engaging customer experience. Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction. Prioritize and manage daily call schedules to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer insights and challenges. Maintain a professional tone and language during all interactions. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionals over calls. Experience in outbound calling, customer engagement, or lead generation preferred. Strong ability to build rapport and handle customer interactions professionally. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls. Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Working Conditions This is a full-time position. Remote based working environment.
