Client Engagement Partner

Role Overview: As a Consulting Partner at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in leading the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to create new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts both locally and globally. You will be expected to build C-level relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work collaboratively with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic accounts - Identify and develop differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients - Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities, ensuring alignment with client/customer value and strategic goals - Help create a strong Wipro Market Positioning and increase Wipro's mindshare through strategic initiatives Qualifications Required: - Big picture orientation with the ability to conceive effective strategies for driving growth - Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and pragmatic approach - Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills - Proven track record of winning transformational and strategic consulting sales - Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects - Strong understanding of IT and digital technology, especially in the banking and financial services industry Additional Details: Wipro has been globally recognized for its commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and diversity.
