About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic female professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our team as a Client Relations & Operations Executive . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for multi-tasking across client handling, vendor coordination, sales support, and presentation creation. Responsibilities Client Communication & Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for corporate gifting inquiries Schedule meetings, respond to client queries, and assist with proposal follow-ups Maintain strong post-sale communication and relationship nurturing Sales Support & Presentations Prepare customized gifting proposals, pricing sheets, and presentation decks Accompany leadership team to client presentations when required Follow up on leads and ensure smooth client onboarding Operations & Fulfilment Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to manage gift production and deliveries Track orders and ensure timely execution of all gifting commitments Maintain internal trackers and prepare MIS reports Marketing & Coordination Assist in curating gifting catalogues and brochures Maintain consistency in branding across proposals and communication Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute outreach campaigns Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or operations Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel), Canva & Other AI tools Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with a sense of ownership. Excellent communication (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus) Time management & attention to detail Content & Presentation creation Confidence in handling external client interactions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Location: Kasba Peth, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
