Job Title: Client Engagement Associate – Immigration Services Company: Labour Connect Location: Noida, India Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives Experience: 1–2 Years Job Summary: Labour Connect is seeking a proactive and articulate Client Engagement Associate to verify leads and support our Canada immigration services. The role involves outbound lead verification calls, handling reception queries, and basic administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Call and qualify leads from digital and offline sources Update and maintain lead data in the CRM Manage front-desk calls and walk-in inquiries Answer basic immigration-related questions Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover Assist with scheduling and light admin tasks Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably immigration or education) Fluent in English and Hindi with a clear, confident phone manner Basic computer and MS Office skills Organized, professional, and goal-driven Benefits: Competitive salary.
