Experience:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role. • International voice sales experience in media or publishing is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with international clients. • Ability to gather and document detailed business information. • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to close leads successfully.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients and build strong relationships.

• Gather and document client business requirements.

• Coordinate with the content team to ensure client requirements are met.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.

• Maintain records of client interactions and prepare sales reports.
