Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients in the BFSI sector, focusing on corporate sales and field sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-7 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or similar roles within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in hunting down new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including corporate sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, strong time management skills required.
